Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form goes to the third-party provider that returns the sponsored results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. A direct message contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that contact.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs containing an IP address, browser type, page visits, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps us maintain the service and see which material is useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data supports site operation, repairs, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Government portals, Riverside County and California offices, libraries, and outside search tools each apply their own privacy policy. Their rules govern data entered after following a link. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us, while analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Limited Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since there are no user accounts, we hold no account password or member profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives qualifying California residents rights concerning access, deletion, correction, sale or sharing, nondiscrimination, and certain uses of sensitive personal information. Because we hold little data, a request will usually involve our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Publicly available government information is treated differently under the CCPA, and records held by Moreno Valley, Riverside County, or California remain outside our control. Correction, sealing, or confidentiality requests must go to the custodian.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the service after a revision takes effect signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
